Lagom (pronounced 'lah-gohm') is the Swedish word meaning "not too little, not too much - just right." Lagom Living is a full-service residential construction firm based in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.

MEET KATRINA
Katrina’s journey to a career in the residential construction industry began in her teenage years, spending time on numerous job sites learning construction principles from her family, who has a long history in the industry. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2009 with a unique degree combining building science and business management and later worked in the business world in various sales & marketing roles before taking time off to be a stay-at-home mother.
In 2018, Katrina began designing and managing her own home remodeling projects, which eventually led to helping family and friends with their projects. This ultimately reignited Katrina’s passion for design and construction and led to the establishment of Lagom Living in 2023.
Katrina brings integrity to every project, with strong project management skills that are crucial during the planning and construction process. She created Lagom Living to be a truly unique residential construction firm that prioritizes the client experience in every way – from its transparent pricing model to its efficient construction timelines. Katrina lives in Lake Elmo, MN with her husband Andrew, and three beautiful girls.
